I believe this to be a 1955 entrant in the ISDT. The registration is RLX 54?. As it is a Matchless it is not Viney’s RLX548 that was to have been ridden in that year’s competition. Viney and machine were involved in a collision that badly broke his leg ending his competition career. This presumably is Mann’s machine. Viney’s machine still exists and is owned by myself.
