Thanks to Doug Scott's artical re Girling Shocks I now have a MOT cert. Can I add three points that helped me. 1. Drill hole to 3mm and cut a 4 BA thread. use a set screw with a round head and coat threads with instant gasket goo, this gives clearance from spring and easy to top up again. 2. Make a funnel from an old super glue cap that has a nozzel. 3. Coat drill and tap with grease before use this will help to collect the swarf from dropping into the unit. Steve Pike
