Very nice, but how can a ’54 wuth Girlings be ’original’ The seat and magneto are not original either.

Hello Biscuit.The rear shocks are temporary Hagons,fitted while I repair the Jampots.I have just bought the bike and I wondered about the seat(it is comfy)the mag is one that came with it in a box of bits.Lovely to ride and the machine I have hankered for since was a teenager.Paul

Hi pkr87. Yes, the seat is too high in the back, one of those awful repro’s. Also the silencer is the ’55-on type. Otherwise a nice original looking bike. Not much work or expense to make it 100.
