FJRIGJWWE9R1PIC_RATING:COMMENTS I had a similar failure years ago (mid 80’s). My torque arm had been flame cut, weakening the metal around the eye. Originals were stamped.I raised the issue with the manufacturer and suggested he leave more meat around the eye. Could yours be the same?
