Could be a Model 18 (500cc) from 1951. The exhaust pipe looks large diameter and the wheel rims don’t seem to be chrome. Tank badges may be the key to the year.

Seems like year 1952 model aacording to under slung pilot light body and Burman B52 gearbox (the dynamo can be withdrawn from both sides). Tank badge is no more oval pressed steel (only for 1951). Restrictions on chrome were on in 1952 (but only for the home market), and the tank is chromed. Crash bar dates to end of 1950īs (thatīs propably when the pic was taken). Anyway a rare picture.
