FJRIGJWWE9R1PIC_RATING:COMMENTS A really good restoration although the fork bottoms were I think still painted black in 1947/48. Also a genuine Lucas horn would look better.
Still a nice bike - I am only trying to be helpful!!

FJRIGJWWE9R1PIC_RATING:COMMENTS Love it. It looks very similar to my WD G3l (also painted black). You have the same tail pipe also which I am told is slightly longer than the original. It gives a lovely note, so whether it is right or wrong, do’nt change it!
