As this question often arises, here are the two arrangements of magnetos and A/R lever positions. The left hand one show the correct magneto arrangement for forward mounted mags.with the lever position at full advance. The Right hand version shows the rear mounted mag., again with the lever at full advance.Note the difference. So if you have the rear mounted version at the front, the lever is back for full advance. Apologies for the poor picture manipulation, and the fact the mag. is on a non-AMC machine |
