Indian 741b engined Matchless |

Description: |
Just picked up this mongrel! 1941 Indian Scout motor bored to 600cc, Norton gearbox, Tiumph front wheel. A lovely runner though I don’t think there is much more than 70mph in it with current gearing. Lots of smooth, if noisy low down power. Frame number A57399 and registered as a 1958 model. |

FJRIGJWWE9R1PIC_RATING:COMMENTS Greetings from Waiheke Island, New Zealand. Have been riding this bike pretty well daily for a couple of months now, NZ winter weather permitting. The grin factor is the best of any other bike I’ve owned! "What the & is that" has become the question most asked. The bike handles well with plenty of braking and tops out at around 85 mph with a following wind. Will try to get a couple more pics up soon.
