FJRIGJWWE9R1PIC_RATING:COMMENTS for some reason there is not room to fit a distance piece so an oil seal also cannot be fitted, although I have filled the gearbox right up to the lip of the inspection window, no oil is leaking from this shaft as it is stood, I have turned it several times but as yet not as drop of oil has leaked out it is a 1959 G5 gearbox number 12501.
