Gearbox end cover would not split easy as it must have been apart in the past and resealed with silicone inner cover parted first so I had to take that off as well to reseal |

FJRIGJWWE9R1PIC_RATING:COMMENTS This picture illistrates the point "ALLWAYS STATED " OVER HALF the GEARBOS NEEDS FILLING. BEFORE THE OIL LEVEL REACHES THE GEARS. ALLWAYS CHECK G/BOX oil on a LEIGHTWEIGHT REGILARYLY !!!!!

FJRIGJWWE9R1PIC_RATING:COMMENTS Well all back together now 16/08.2014 new spring both gaskets kick shaft and gearshaft 0 rings fitted 3 pints of oil all gears working fine and kick start lever returning not a hard or time consuming job either
