? ? The two rearmost Stud`s look "WASTED" ? ? .If they are better replace them .

Thanks but I renewed all the studs and gaskets as they were all wasted and for such a small cost (£39 of e bay) the bike is now built up and running sweet as in next pic

where did you get the copper head gasket from and how did you manage to get it to seal? i gave up on mine after about 6 attempts and reluctantly resorted to a composite one.

Nice little bike. The carb has a filter, only one bolt to remove to clean, pipes look cluttered with filter’s and clips making 4 more places to leak.
