New in 1954 as a combo. Laid up in 1967 after 31000 miles, not stored very well and paint work touched up badly. I bought a year ago no sign of chair by then. Pistons stuck in bores and lots of work to make roadworthy. Running now very well after 47 year rest. Decided to leave the patina and have fitted period RAC and Silver City badges Craven carrier and large panniers and a screen. Will ride it to Cassington Bike night week Monday. |
