It’s got no top on the float chamber, I remember that but can Rex remember why it was run without it?

The carb would allways flood with the Flot chamber lid on ?.Lots of folk tried including the late Malcolm Saggers to cure it .The only way was to ride witout a top on ? Next time i get it out and run it i will report on my findings .PS It,s been RESTING a few years now .

Lovely ! as for the flooding put 2 gaskets under that top, must be some one has taken too much off trying to mate the surfaces..The float can not shut off the valve it’s most likely hitting the top
