Hi Alan, the answer is no, Fluff built all the Stormer 250, 370 and 410 engines through the 70’s here. The bikes were assembled about where I am standing, to take the photograph, in batches of four, the spares are stored in another area behind that. The new range of bikes are assembled in a industrial unit nearby.
