19?? Matchless G3L (am I right??)

Description:

This is my Matchless 350 that I picked up from a bloke who let the bike lie in a corner for 4 years atleast. I managed to free the piston and started it. The body work and the painting would be done in December, if I manage to wriggle in some time that is. I would be glad if somebody could shed some light on the history of this bike. The side utility boxes are from the Enfield Bullet and so are the rear shocks. The handle seems like an RD350 handle and I’m sure of this because I’ve got an RD too.

Picture is OK but bike looks to be something of a Bitza! With mag drive running backwards it is no newer than 1949 engine fitted (I think) which pre-dates that swinging arm frame
