FJRIGJWWE9R1PIC_RATING:COMMENTS Hello,
there is nothing to adjust.
Be sure that the location pin fits into the groove.
Have a look into the workshop manuel:

FJRIGJWWE9R1PIC_RATING:COMMENTS I suspect wrong pump/guide pin.
pump should have 2s stamped on the end.
the wrong guide pin or a very badly worn one will have this effect.

FJRIGJWWE9R1PIC_RATING:COMMENTS the guide pin has a step at the end. The stepped end needs to fit into the the guide (part no 010138) not into the oil pump plunger. If put in the wrong way there is no pumping action.
