You must check the front brake it looks like its the wrong way round.

FJRIGJWWE9R1PIC_RATING:COMMENTS Hi Nicky, as Griffin says, a nice looking bike-and you really MUST get that brake sorted too! It should be on the left side and the torque arm facing forwards. Read up about the fasteners too, it is critical and they do go badly wrong if not fixed. Sorry to be sounding critical of your bike, but for your own safety it’s something you need to know about.
