Placed mine in oven Gas Mark 5 for 15 mins dropped cases numerous times and , nothing.
Tried again for 30 mins in oven turned the cases over and they fell out all on their own.

Good idea. I have found that 200 degrees C is the temperature to aim for. Send wife to go shopping before cooking the crankcase, and air properly afterwards. They have a good sense of smell :-).
