Definately 1963 or later from the front wheel, however, I think it will be later. Looks like you have a high level exhaust and therfore I would guess it is a Norton Oil pump engine making it 1964 or later. likely to be 1966/7.

The Motornumber is G80CS4882, the frame number C10912.

According to the N American members list from 1997 its a 1964 machine.

I think ’63 was the only year with this front wheel. Didn’t ’64 -on have Norton forks? I’ve not referred to any books - just going from memory, but I’ve owned 63 and 64 models (not G80cs, though) and I think that’s right. Other models had the rounded off tool cover and oil tank in 63 but I think this earlier pattern is correct for the CS and CSR.
