Wheel Painting

Post by blythmags »

Hi all...
Can anyone recommend a wheel painter who will paint the black middle sections of wheels to add to the authenticity of our bikes ?.
I have a 1950 AJS Model 18 which has had new chrome wheels fitted.
If the price is prohibitive, I'll probably not bother, but it would be nice to make the old girl look like she was when new, given she's already had a nice but measured "face lift" if the price was reasonable !
Best wishes

Why not have a go yourself. Good enamel paint and masking tape will give a finish that will look as good as any.

Its not a difficult job, but it has to be done before the wheel is built
