AJS Model 18 - Handlebar Dome Bolt

Hi....

I wonder whether anyone could point me in the right direction. One of the four handlebar fixing dome bolts on my 1950 AJS Model 18 has gone rusty and I wish to replace it.

I have looked at Jampot Spares, but for the love of it, I cant see any reference to it ?.

Does anyone know the spare part number so I can order same ?

Jampot are out of them at the moment, just ordered some from andrews engineering. part number 014278 £4.52 each mind !! cheers andy

I recently bought some from AMC Classics for my '51 G3Ls as one had a snapped stud inside. See part number 014278 about 2/3rds the way down on the second page of the parts list below. About £4 a piece.

"014278 Dome nut for handlebar clip stud, 1949-51 & competition alloy top yoke, chrome"
