Breathing, twin
Hello
I have belt drive in my G12 1965 and therefore I need to find alternative breathing. "Peace of cake" I said to myself. I drilled a hole where the dynamo usually is situated in a CSR, fitted a 3/8 hose and a breathing filter under the petrol tank, no nonreturn valve. (This works wery fine in my G80), but now I have oil all over the bike. Please help me. I have not fitted nonreturn valve because I hope the oil then would find its way back as in the G80. If I fit one what will I then do with the oil? I know it has been discussed before but I really need help to go on from here!!

Looks very interesting!
Do you have any experience with it?
If you have, where have you connected it?

Non return valves are available from thinkautomotive. I've recently puchased one. Drilled the crankcases and plan to fit the breather into the back of the oiltank.

You will have to make up a shroud on the inside to deflect the oil being flung around the outlet.

IB-Denmark: I have installed only the small "Bunn breather", with success.
These breathers are much better than ordinary PCV's for cars. Read the very useful info on his website: http://bunnbreather.bigblog.com.au/index.do

Shrouds
I would think this word should be banned from our club.

Almost perfect!
Wilko, Inspired from your idea of shrouds I extended the suction pipe 4-5cm into the timing side case to get free from the oil splash coming from the outlet cam shaft gear wheel. It minimized the oil mist a lot, but as I still have no nonreturn valve installed I am continuing my contact to the company recommended from GSAX1
Regards
Ib
