Matchless G3 chain pitch

Can someone please help me understand the chain pitch required for 1975 Matchless G3?

I'm using a standard 15 tooth sprocket on engine and 42 tooth drum and sprocket on the rear wheel, but I guess the number of teeth on the sprocket doesn't matter.
