Very sorry to hear this news.
It would have been a nice gesture of appreciation, for what he had tried so hard to do, to have had a G80 ride-in to the Newton Abbot factory in the course of last year's Jampot in Cornwall.
I made the suggestion on this forum but it got no response
at all. It's too late now.
