Just put a deposit on an AJS M16 local to me.She's an absolute stunner,in my eyes anyway. So just wanted to say a big thanks, firtsly to Albert of the Suffolk section for giving me the nod,Peter the bikes owner for being so friendly and helpful and of course to everyone on here who helped
More details when she comes home next weekend but here's a quick pic.

Lovely bike. I've had my '54 G3LS nearly five years now and 28,000 miles.
Went out today for a 55 mile run through the lanes dressed up like the Michelin man but still with a huge grin for company - just like the first time I rode her.

Hi Sean - I have been following your posts and I was going through the same thought processes as you last year when I found mine.

You certainly have chosen a good marque in AMC as the help and advice I have had so far has been fantastic from several members of the club - so much knowledge and expertise makes me feel like any problem we might have in the future will be resolved one way or another (as long as you can use a spanner that is !)
