Yeah, someone tell us how to insert images. When I press the button "Insert Image" I am immediately flumoxed! How can I search for an image that is in "My Pictures"?

I was serious you know when i suggested a three bike trailer,i know it might have sounded like a joke,but i have got mates who've bought a three bike trailer because of the balance issue.
