As for the meals is the same as half board holidays are there if you want it
and you have to pay for it. At Poland the rally fee was one price whether
you turned up on Thursday or Saturday. The site owners will only host the
Rally on these conditions. This will be discussed at the next committee
meeting on the 12th. If there were not enough bookings by November then the
Club would have to pay the deposit if we want to go ahead. I hope this helps

Roy can you tell me how to pay the deposit?
Is this only possible by cheque or is this possible by bank transfer.

The best way is to download the booking form and pay Sergio by cheque I am collection UK deposits and Sregio is collection the Europeans. His details and booking forms are on the IJR web page.

Thanks for the receipt for my deposit Roy. Hope you are getting plenty of confirmations. Just got to sort out the Jampots now as they bottomed out too much on the way to Alternative two up with the gear. Bumping all the way to Italy doesn't sound like a good idea.

We are thinking of getting a group of five for one of the rooms (should be interesting)
Roy, what do I do regarding the Gluten free diet requirement? I normally camp and take my own cereals and bread plus other food items.
