Hello Sid,
You don't appear to be a member. On the forum area, members can easily be identified by the small 'M' logo next to their name.

The online website only allows full members of the club to purchase parts - if you want to make a purchase as a non-member you need to email spares@jampot.com or fax an order to them. Please include part numbers and quantities required on any order. Also note if you're not a UK club member there is a £1 temporary membership fee that will be added to each order you place.

I will be updating the online website to cater for sales to non-members, but I've been too busy recently to get this working correctly. So in the meantime it's best to email/fax/phone.
