Me with another one now - as my project (500 twin) was a basket case I never saw the original configuration, and it's seems the simple things are the trickiest to fathom...
So anyone tell me how the spring is tensioned; obviously it sits on the same stud as the pivots and the long end hooks round the middle part of itself, but the stubby end goes where please?
