Twin piston rings interchangeble?

A quick question, are piston rings interchangeable between wire-wound pistons and JP pistons? Same width/height I mean.

I don't have the JP's available so I can't measure it myself.

No, the JPM rings are much narrower.

Thanks Rick. No need for them now but perhaps next winter . The reason I asked is because I saw a set of Wellworthy piston rings for sale on eBay. Since I am not satisfied with the oil consumption on my twin, and I suspect the piston rings are the culprits, I was hoping the Wellworthy rings could fit on my JP pistons.

I still probably can help if you give me width and depth of rings,and of course oversize. Have 2 1/2 million rings all hepolite and wellworthy.My problem is finding time to give to them.
