Post by PaulR »

whooooooo please...before anyone else is offended, i have not washed my bike, ever, ever, not since i've owned it and not in the last year. that is way down on the long long list of things to do. Luckily, I have an air line and gave it a quick blast to remove incy wincy and co before getting down to work. The mayo has now gone and i;m ready to reassemble after speaking to mr Buckingham of course..

Paul, you will have to get used to the Jampot tangenital method of information dispersal.

It goes off at a tangent, and by defying the laws of physics somehow returns to the staring point,
.............eventually

or perhaps not

A simple smelling misteak, possibly vino-induced. You know I meant the dianna-mow really.

water in oil

Anyone who saw my mine at Woolwich last summer will know that I'm not a super motorcycle cleaner; it's done rarely. My G80S was recognisable by the coat hanger wire holding on the silencer because the latter's mounting point was rotten. Does make the exhaust note rich.

BUT a clean over now and again does sometimes show up things that need to be attended to....

Never plan to use a power washer, I think that the point about potential damage is a good one.
