It would appear I have the wrong gearbox on my 350 jampot. I have a b56 instead of a b52. can anyone tell me what the b56 belongs to. cheers in advance

I could be wrong and usually are but I think the 56 is year of manufacture seem to think I have seen 56 on my gearbox which was made in 1956.

cheers for that, have just checked on the box all the numbers are GB26B56 take it the GB means GB but what about the rest

...manufactured in February 1956!
A= January, B= Feb...and so on.

the number immediately after GB indicates G3L og G80 application. If I remember correctly 26 indicates G3L and 28 G80. This is also described in the archives at jampot.dk
