18 rigid - rear wheel mounting

Can anyone give me the correct length of part 016228 collar on rear wheel solid spindle
(abuts against brake cover plate ). I can't relate parts list to my actual assembly and it looks as if something is missing. Also , is there a washer under the wheelnut on the drive side ? Thanks
