Speedo gearbox wanted

With this being the "Help" section, can anyone help with a 2:1 speedo drive for a 1956 =M= G80S? I will of course pay any due postage and handling. It seems that the supply of new drives has dried up, approaching three suppliers have resulted in the same reply: We don't stock them at the moment Sir!

TommoT, jeg har et nyt 2/1-drive liggende jeg aldrig har fået brugt, det er 1960-er modellen i aluminiumsfarve, bare sig til hvis du vil ha det (amklinke@post.tele.dk). Hilsen Michael.

Ref speedo drives not available did I read somewhere that there are electronic gizmo's that work and would make you legal thus giving time to locate the part?
