G12CSR Frame questions

Hi all,
I am writing for a friend who has a 1962 G12CSR 650 twin and 1959 frame (Single down tube) and front forks (complete). I am interested to find out if 1959 forks (AMC) will fit the twin down tube (1960 ->) frame?
My second question is will the 1959 oil tank/tool box fit the twin down tube frame?
Finally, are the rear engine/gearbox plates the same for the 1959 single downtube frame as the 1960 twin down tube frame.
