Looking at that engine is high the gap between tank and rocker box is smaller than mine.

Hi for future reference not only is the down tube on a G5 frame longer the rear sub frame mounting lug/casting is also quite different.

This will account for the reason why the stance on Steve's bike seems wrong.

The red frame in the picture is a G5 and the black frame a G2.

Also the rear mud guard is a different radius on a G5 to any of the G2's. This to accommodate the 18 inch rear.

Sorry to be a bit of a rivet counter but is the image distorted. I say this because it looks like the distance between the top engine fixing hole and the bottom of the top frame is greater on the black (lower) frame picture, which would make that the G5. Just a query. :D

Tolly i can assure you the red frame is a G5 and has larger dimensions than the black frame.

its just the photo that's deceiving.
