Afraid not, the adjuster for a 60 G12 will be an inside fit on the drive side engine plate and will be only on that side with a long headed bolt which engages into a recess on the gearbox.
That's the conclusion I came to going through the 1960 parts list. I'll be adding the the one in the picture now though.

I stand corrected, I was confusing it with my Ariel. Good thing came of it though. Having gone to check the adjusters it made me look at and indeed adjust the primary chain etc.

I don't suppose anyone can shed any light on the correct part numbers to use to make up the csr version of the adjuster. I'm not convinced I've got it right. The book indicates that it's the same top bolt, but I don't think it's long enough. Also 17t gearbox sprocket. Then I can get my order sent off and start getting it back together before the summers over.

Found the sprocket on amc stock list. I might ask him about the adjuster.

You have to use topbolt number 010957 5 3/16" long under the head

Also, has anyone got an image of how the regulator should fit. I don't like where mine sits, and as it needs replacing, I'd like to situate the replacement better.
