AJS & Matchless Owners Club

Hi,

I've found other discussions here about bikes feeling overly revvy, or not as the case may be, but I haven't found anything in either owners manuals or this forum about maximum speeds in each gear. I have standard gearing and no rev counter, so it would be interesting to know. does anyone know if it was ever listed anywhere?

There are old re-printed road tests in the Gold Portfolio book which show such info. for many models.
