What am I missing?

Fitted the rear interim wheel for a 1963 Matchless G80 and it looks as though I,m missing a spacer, anyone know if I,ve fitted something wrong.
First pic shows distance needed to make up so nut and washer can be fitted.
Second pic show speedo drive side fitted in situ
Third pic shows order of parts fitted

I have got this pic showing order of parts but can't make out what parts I,m missing, as it's a bit dark.

On 63 wheel the speedo gearbox is not fixed with a nut but held by pressure from spindle nut being tightened

All sorted Thanks Roger (Bodgert) spindle fitted with long spacer 1963 now all working nicely.
Will try to source a smaller (approx 10 3/4â€) spindle and do the job properly.

If you are interested I have a brand new old stock 10 3/4" wheel spindle. I bought it not realising that there was a short wheel spindle, and until I saw this post, I didn't know the bike it fitted. It is of no use to me as I need the long spindle. Photo attached.
