Removing the bearings from both the front and rear wheel hubs is there any advice on the best way to do this ?

Many thanks

Rear bearings are easy - just whack the axle shaft out from either side with a copper mallet. The bearings are just plain ball rollers. Tap the new ones home carefully with a suitable sized socket; the machined step on the axle keeps the spacing exactly right.

I can't comment on the front bearings as my bike has a Bridgestone front hub.

Fronts are the same just plain rollers which tap out and in
