My 16MS has had a replacement exhaust fitted at some point but it does not have a finned manifold clamp
The exhaust seems to be fitted tightly enough
I have looked at parts catalogue but I cannot see one pictured or listed?
What size and type should I buy?
Andy

Hi Andrew,

If they are not in the parts list then they were never fitted, mine haven't got any.

Hi Andrew

The pipe fits into the alloy heads rather than on to a spigot hence no clamp is required.

As above pipe fits direct in the head no clamp required I have a rose ring on my 16ms only as I personally like the look of it

It will make your exhaust run cooler too. I used to use one, to keep the cut up feeler gauges in. I used them stop the leaks between head and pipe. Then I learnt about welling the pipe out using a "wooden carrot". Had mine turned up in steel, fit it in the pipe and hit it a couple of times with a lump hammer and the pipe is wide enough to cure the leaks. Don't even need to clamp it firmly whist doing it.
