Where is that old bike?

History of an AJS 7R

A friend has recently come into possession of an AJS 7R. The only information is the Frame and engine number. i.e
Frame Number - 1419
Engine Number 507R819
What I would ideally love is someone to respond with all related information, but I haven't won the lottery recently either. But, if someone could suggest how I might proceed I would be very grateful.
