Resleeving a Lightweight barrel?

Has anyone here resleeved a Lightweight barrel? If so, where did you get it done?

Not personally had one done but T&L who advertise in the Jampot do them all the time for H/Ws so can't see why they wouldn't do a L/W.

Brilliant, thanks! I'm struggling to find a barrel to fit my standard CSR piston, so I think a resleeve will be the way to go...
