Not exactly or to the extent of the heavyweights. Some oil can drain back into the sump if the oil pump stops in a certain position but as most oil remains in the integral tank the only amount that can get into the sump is what drains down from the top part of the engine once it is stopped and certainly not enough to cause this problem I wouldn't have thought??SPRIDDLER wrote:clive wrote: Do the Lightweight engines suffer from wet sumping?
