So guess who forgot to check for an offset before cutting through the spokes to get hubs powder coated.

1959 G3C with cotton reel hubs.... I have mocked the hubs into the frame/forks and as far as I can tell there is no offset required when wheels are rebuilt. Can anyone confirm this please?

Yes you are correct the hubs are dead centre
