I've used the search function but i'm seeing UNC/UNF, 26tpi and cycle thread. Not a clue all a bit before my time.

I've just ordered a new engine screw set from custom fasteners so that's one thing sorted but next on my list is for some new bolts for the frame/engine mounting as mine are rotten so i can't really measure them either. I see feked offer this for a 350/500 but not a 250.

Have you checked the pt. no's to see if the club stock them. They are sure to have any that start with at least 3 zero's, like 000001

I've replaced all my frame & engine bolts. I'll dig out the sizes and post here.

I just looked for the engine cradle fittings and found all except one ( 000288 ) listed. did not check stock though

Far easier to get yourself along to Kempton Park autojumble in May and buy all the nuts, washers and bolts from Nookies nuts or come and see the ex President who'll be able to point you in the right direction.

Here's a list of the studs I used on my 250. Note that my bike is non-original (side stand, no centre stand, rearsets), so you may need to change these for your bike...

Next on my list is for my M14 CSR (2nd bike). I managed to find two oem mudguard that need some work. I'm hoping to bolt it straight on once painted but i need x4 bolts for the bridge. I did read on here that it was 3/8 but upon further inspection it's actually a 5/16 thread. I tried the studs which hold the front sprindle.. which are UNF? And 26 tpi... neither of which fit. The legs have definately not been retapped.

Think those should be 5/16" BSF..UNF and cycle thread (26tpi) are not correct. Most would use whitworth when screwing in alloy but the Brits seem to favour BSF even into alloy.
