Hi Dick, Upon re-reading both posts, I don't believe we said exactly the same thing, but close enough for government work. I concede your considerable knowledge on things AMC but think our experiences are more complementry than contradictory.

Tin Chain Cases
Not all things AMC, Don. Just the singles which, for some peculiar reason I can't begin to analyse, I've loved since I was seven years old when I was given a little booklet - an "ABC of Motorcycles". I can sadly remember all too well the little changes AMC insisted on making each year. No hope is there! Thanks for the pint - I'll enjoy it!
