Hello, could i possibly have some help please as a newby?
I purchased a bike and for some reason its revving on its own. im being told this could be a sticky throttle cable. Is this a common fault?
My bike is a AJS DD125E-5 ....

If a cold start lever is fitted, make sure that it is actually closing the valve when you return the lever to the off position.

Hi if it's fitted with exhaust gas re-circulation , check the pipes for air leaks, they may be perished allowing air in and raising the tick over speed.
