Anyone got a New " Mondena " ? 125 scooter ??????????????????????????
A friend has bought one from Peterborough Motorcycles .
They rode it for a few miles , Now it will not run for any lenght of time .
That is " WHEN YOU CAN START IT " ??????????????????????????????
Any one have the same troubl`s ?????????????????????????????????

Over to anyone hat has one .

CAN YOU THROW any light on his TROUBLESOME MACHINE

PS IT has been back to Peterbourough Motor cycles for this fault and
It`s STILL the SAME ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

April 2nd and still no result from the Company suplying the scooter

If they cant fix it in a reasonable time, bounce it back to the dealer using the consumer rights act 2015.

Unless it's on HP when the supply of goods implied terms act 1973 applies, so you have to go through the HP company.

Gettin to be a BAD TASTE in my mouth ,as i know the person involved verry well .
This is not the first time people i know have had trouble with this dealer .

Why did they not Correct the Fault ?

This is only hearsay and not based upon your own experience, surely the grinding of any axes should have been done by the owner?

AXE has been sharpened by th owner and they got "Nowhere ".
I am DISAPOINTED at the dealers responce .

You can buy yourself just a Modena AJS owners club badge off e bay Rex. That should not give any trouble. If you go to the Owners club web site, all you seem to find there is the machine specifications. Nothing else at all ????????// very strange??????

THE person has now bought a Second hand 125cc Chines Scooter.
Little trouble with it but soon put right NOW OK .
HOW did The Peterborough AJS Dealer`s get away with the " POOR "
