I have had mixed experiences with the powerspark units. Fitted to cars, even now, I have run them for many miles without a hitch.
I tried fitting one to a 18D2 dizzy and simply couldn't get it to work, it went back to the manufacturers for testing and they kept saying it was fine and to test x or y, which I had done many times before admitting defeat and sending it back.
Eventually I got so sick of it not working I told them just to bin it at the factory as I was not wasting any more time trying to get it to work on a bike.
I would fit them again on another classic car for the moment but never again on a bike.
